Valmec Brisbane office hosts clothing drive

Last month, our Valmec Brisbane office hosted a clothing drive for the Liworaji Aboriginal Corporation.

Staff generously donated gently used clothing, keeping in mind the current cold climate.

Liworaji is a non-profit organisation providing resources and services to Aboriginal families in Queensland, with the aim to enable a sustainable, economic, cultural and spiritual well-being of their community.

Yesterday, Valmec’s Paul Premerl and John Moore presented the donations to Aunty Lilly Davidson. The six large bags of clothing for men, women and children, as well as $250 in Coles Gift cards, will directly benefit Aboriginal families in the Brisbane and Ipswich areas.
